Between the 7th and the 9th of February, Emphasys Centre took part in the annual Cyprus International \”Education and Career\” Exhibition in Nicosia, Cyprus.During the EduFair 2020, the D(at)YW project was presented to its audience.The One-Stop Support Centre organised at our booth was visited by people from all walks of life, aiming to improve their skills and better themselves. Our STEAM Unit also attracted the attention of Fair attendees, with a variety of subjects to explore, such as the LEGO Boost, LEGO Mindstorms and Arduino robots, the 3D printer and its printed designs, and the VR section.
The Exhibition was organized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports and Youth of Cyprus, the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI), the Cyprus Employers and Industrialists Federation (ΟΕΒ) and the European Office of Cyprus (EOC), in cooperation with the British Council Cyprus.
The EduFair is one of the biggest events organized in the field of education and training in Cyprus. The exhibition attracts more than 10,000 visitors every year, including educators of all levels, students, parents, young people and professionals. Exhibitors include public and private organisations offering Education and Training in all sectors (tertiary, higher, post-secondary, research centres), as well as employment agencies and organisations offering career services.
